Lil Faculty is a professional and trusted Childcare and Enrichment Centre that adopts the Montessori and Thematic based learning approach. At Lil Faculty, top quality education is provided to help guide your child into becoming a lifelong learner and critical thinker.
Our aim is to find a perfect balance between learn and play for our infants and young children as we prepare them for their next stages of development. Teaching materials are carefully selected from international establishments and used to craft each lesson whilst ensuring an
engaging environment that resonates with your child. We run stimulating learning experiences through activities such as language (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin), mathematics, art and craft, speech and drama and leadership classes.
Under our care, each child is personally known, encouraged and supported by all staff members, from the teachers to the cooks. It is our mission to nurture a love of learning in your child to equip him/her with the necessary skills to thrive in this ever changing world and achieve a bright and colourful future.

Hi! My name is Michelle, Principal of Lil Faculty and I would like to welcome you to our website!
As a parent of two young children, I can certainly relate to fretting over pivotal decisions we have to make when choosing a suitable preschool for our child. Given their tender age, it is our priority as parents to ensure our child is in good hands, enjoys school and yet benefits from a high-quality education by dedicated teachers. In this context, allow me to introduce you to Lil Faculty.
At Lil Faculty, our team of educators is committed to nurturing young minds by providing a healthy balance between learning and enhancing social and emotional development.
As an educator with more than a decade of experience, I have been privileged to work with a diverse spectrum of students ranging in age from kindergarten to upper secondary. My most recent experience was managing an enrichment centre for children aged between 3 and 15 years. With the knowledge and skills that I have accumulated, I am excited and eager to share my experience as an educational leader at Lil Faculty, working with you (parents and guardians) in shaping your child’s education experience and grooming them for success.
My fellow teachers and the staff believe in building a strong relationship with parents, students and community partners. We focus on character building and novel education initiatives while maintaining Common Core skills to provide rigorous and consistent implementation of the curriculum to optimise each child’s learning experience.
As Principal at Lil Faculty, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors, be they teachers, students or parents, is excited to be here! Such an attitude will enable us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a positive, fun-filled, and nurturing environment.
